A Return to Milan – Day 1 – Part 4 and Day 2 – Part 1 – Chinese Food and A Street Market

Since we were both beginning to feel the effects of jet lag, and lack of sleep, we decided on a quick street-food dinner, Chinese-style, and ordered a few items from the take-out window of Mumbao.  We then headed back to the apartment, and went to bed.

La Chiesetta is at Via Paolo Lomazzo, #12.  It is a bar that is housed in a now deconsecrated church, which dates back from the late 1700s.

The next morning, after a good night’s sleep, we woke up refreshed, and ready to head out, to explore more of Milan.

This lovely morning, one of the first places to catch my eye was the Pasticceria Moschella, at Via Losanna, #26.  The pastry shop is owned by two brothers, Nicolò and Christopher Moschella, and they opened their first shop in 2016.  They now have two locations, the second being at Via Milano, #2C, in the town of Nerviano.

As we walked, we came upon a street market, and so, we decided to check it out.

Next up: We continue our second day in Milan, with a visit to the Parco Sempione!
